Although Mindfulness Meditation technique is beautifully straightforward, we have a tendency to overcomplicate the situation. This course deepens our understanding of how to apply the right amount of effort so that we can rest in simplicity.

Open to all!

Mindfulness Meditation is both simple and accessible.

In Sanskrit this meditation is called 'Shamatha', meaning calm abiding. For thousands of years, these teachings have been used to connect our mind and body. Although the technique is beautifully straightforward, we have a tendency to overcomplicate the situation.

This course deepens our understanding of how to apply the right amount of effort so that we can rest in simplicity.

Just being here without preconceptions.

"The sitting practice of meditation is regarded as one of the most profound and fundamental disciplines you could ever achieve. By doing this practice, you find that you become less crazy. You begin to develop more humour, more relaxation and ultimately more mindfulness."
- Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche

The course will be held on Zoom and will include talks, guided contemplation and discussion.
