The Shambhala Teachings are a unique reframing of the essence of the Buddha's wisdom created by the Tibetan master Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche. Join us on Zoom to learn about the Shambhala Teachings and ask any questions you may have, ahead of the series.

This talk will take place online on Zoom on the 12th September at 7.30pm, and will be led by David Hope and will be a good oportunity to learn more and ask any questions you have about the Shambhala Teachings. The event is free but please register and we will send you the Zoom link the day before.

The Shambhala Teachings are a unique reframing of the essence of the Buddha's wisdom created by the Tibetan master Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche.  Through re-inventing the language used to convey the core wisdom, avoiding traditional Sanscrit and Tibetan terminology, their fresh and immediate style brings us quickly to the heart of the matter. How meditation can help us lead our lives in a kinder, more compassionate way, and in so doing help the society around us.

The series of Shambhala teachings is presented as 5 individual weekends (although sometimes offered in different formats). We will be running the first 3 of these weekends this Autumn.
